Awesome Video… Congratulations on the success of the channel gentleman 🙌🏼 I can’t believe how time flies and that I’ve been around since the beginning and watching the evolution of Cichlid Bros. I have to say Quinn’s tank with Joker the beloved Green Terror is the reason I switched from keeping Africans to keeping Cichlids from the Americas and really enjoying new world cichlids. You guys are awesome and really bring so much to the hobby and I genuinely enjoy watching all the videos and conversing with Troy about cool ideas and new fish to keep. Cheers and congrats my bros 🎉🍻

What a great video guys! Thanks for sharing! You guys truly are one of my favorite channels on RUclips and I could watch you guys talk all day long lol ...also I can relate when it comes to no one else (family/friends) understanding or caring about our fish addiction lol....I'm also that annoying family member always trying to show pictures and videos of my fish as well as talking peoples ears off about my hobby that they could care less about. 🤣
Keep up the great work guys, your content is awesome!

You guys are awesome. So happy to see your channel grow since the beginning. I feel like the greatest part about your channel is your guys' range in experience with all types of cichlids. Troy with the more peaceful SA's. Quinn with the more aggressive SA's, and Alec with the Africans. At least that was my original takeaway haha. It's been awesome watching you guys grow your individual hobbies and teach some topics we don't always see covered. Congrats on your progress.

Oh Man I love your guys content and appreciate how well the videos are done now. I have watched some of the older stuff you have come a long way. You guys inspired me to get MTS lol. I have 4 tanks lol. My biggest is a 90 gal than a 55 gal than a 20 gal and a 5.5 gal nano fish tank. My 90 Gal right now currently has a female Jack Dempsey that I rescued and adopted from my local fish store. She has great personality and she was beat up by af cichlids from her previous owner. I medicated the water and added salt and she has healed up quite nicely. She is starting to get her beautiful colors back with the blues and greens etc. I have her in the tank with my Green Severum. He isn't full grown yet. I have a EBA and a golden severum growing out in my 55 gal tank. They are going to be added into the 90 gal once they get a bit bigger. My 55 gal has 5 Buenos Aires tetras and 6 black skirted tetras and 2 German blue rams and 1 regular Ram. along with the other 2 fish I mentioned above. I also have 6 cory cats as clean up crew in my 55 gal. I am having trouble finding the Denison barbs and what to put in the bottom as a clean up crew in the 90 gal with my JD and Green Severum. I can't put cory cats because they are to small. Any recommendations to bottom feeders or where to find the Denison barbs?

Thank you so much. It is now 3:30am. Just bought a 55 after starting with a 29 long last year. Been trying to figure out salt vs fresh, cichlid vs other types of fish, etc. As a freelance content creator myself, I appreciate the organization of your videos. I was able to finally understand the bits and pieces of what I've learned. Have a long ways to go but I feel like I know the direction I'm headed. Thank you! And, very cool story, btw.
One suggestion: PLEASE spell out the names of the fish you're talking about because I don't even know how to spell/google what you're saying) when I'm taking notes.
Oh! And, if you're ever bringing the show to Springfield, MO, check out Wonders of Wildlife aquarium where I am a volunteer diver. Would love love love to be part of the creation of some cool videos there. I mean, I'm sure your followers need to know how to feed sturgeon or hang out with a giant grouper.

I see a twenty gallon long black water apistogramma breeding project in the classroom in the future.. Just saying a lot of aspects of that could be educational, For example how to make blackwater, how to sex your apistos,, how to set the tank up so they would be comfortable enough to breed. You know proper decor natural scapes with a breeding cave. Live plants and even cohabiting lfish like corydoras and ottocinclus as a side breeding project as well...
