Can i use this to drill 3/4 holes in concrete with rebar

As far as I know a masonry bit will drill through concrete, but not drill through the rebar. Most of the time you will miss the rebar, but if you hit one dead on this will not go through the rebar with a masonry bit.

There was a good bit of wasted time in this video (e.g., you silently reading tags and such), so that’s something that could definitely be improved, but good and helpful review nonetheless. I’m thinking about getting one of these while it’s on sale ($79), but am having a hard time deciding between this and the Bauer 20V cordless (also on sale for $64). Decisions, decisions!
