Doesn't help - there is no paper in the machine, but the error keeps showing. It is out of warranty...what do you suggest? Should I throw it away and buy one which works

I followed all of these directions after a jam and still couldn't print on a MAC-wireless. I solved it by deleting the printer in system settings > add printer. That was one solution. Two years too late.

What if you can't find the suppose paper that is jammed but are still getting a notification and can still print?
