Davis apartments have year long leases with no exit clauses. Once you sign a lease you can only die to get out of it. So ask for an exit clause and push for it, you won’t get one but push anyways.

I plan to live in Davis while going to college there. Would you recommend getting a lease through the campus for first year? Then in my 2nd year looking out further like Sacramento.
