    the video serves its purpose which is to bring more light to the issue, the animators DESERVES better treatment. Overall, great video dude, keep it up!

    They should do agile development where the artists can give points how big a task is and there is a limitted number of points that can be delivered per sprint.

    jjk ep 17 looks amazing, in fact its probably the best jjk episode ever. Its more then 30% finished and the backgrounds were FINE. However there has been like 5 known cuts that didnt make it in, id say the episode is around 70% full potential. And even at 70% it was the best jjk has looked, insane.

    thats not true.
    movies like mayazaki, koiki or stashi kon take 4~5 years.
    these movies for one piece naruto or so, takes 1 year or lil bit more to complete.
    the animation probably toke 6~8 month alone. not 4
