For the forth row, so you do 2-1-2-1 like at the start or do you do 2-1-2 like the instructions at the bottom?

Fourth row is 2 1 1 2, or just 1 1 2 to not make it confusing.

Just increase the foundation, make 8chains and continue the stitch.. Hope that helps, Thank you.. 🧡😊
