Some years ago I got this cd from Tibetan Friends who are very kind and modest people. They gave the cd from ,as they said, the Dalai Lama singing at the sickbed of His friend and I was so happy. Then I WANTED TO MAKE OTHERS HAPPY TOO, So i made beautiful images and put it on RUclips. For free. No commercials
Look what happend, it seems there are commercials added that i can not controle... people are angry, some call me liar, soms blame me for wanting 'likes'.. but happily a lot of people are touched by what they see and hear. I hope you are one of them. So if It is the Dalai Lama ?my Friends are honest people and I BELIEVE them🙏🙏🙏 I am a woman of 72 years and honest in my intentions...feel what you feel with this beautiful mantra, be Blessed to hear it🧡 Here His Holiness is singing for his friend Vaclav Havel on another video. • The Dalai Lama and Ent... Some people think this is not Dalai Lama but Hein Braat singing. Well if you don't believe His Holiness,,, I can say this: that I heard the cd of Hein Braat ofcourse and he is singing in another tune and His Holiness sings 'om' much longer... you can hear it in the beginning. My friends from Tibet gave me this cd as a prescious gift it is not for sale and Hein Braat is selling his cd's for money, it is okay but very different intention i think. The Dalai Lama sings for his friend who is passing to the next level of his life.. and He accompanies him with this beautiful mantra of death and life. the cd was recorded on a handheld battery powered cassette recorder and not to be commercially sold. PURE LOVE ONLY. I think it is karma if you only look at the name and not what he is singing about. and make seperation.. seperation is karma IT IS ATTACHMENT AND THE MANTRA IS ABOUT DETACHMENT... free from karma ...it is for all the hearts to receive and be gratefull...

Many years ago I was diagnosed with cancer. Mom told me that I had to have faith, but I was too frightened. I knew I would never survive if healing was contingent upon my faith. She told me not to worry, because her faith in God was strong enough to cover me. At the same time, I received this recording from a friend with the Dali Lama's words that it was ok to be frightened because it was his faith that would promote healing of disease and fear. I knew then that I would live. The combination of one's Mom and the Dali Lama is absolutely unbeatable. I still listen to this beautiful mantra anytime I'm stressed.
Yes, believe the power of God. I too was diagnosed cancer and first thing i did was walk into nature, saw ducks swimming and thought: there will always be ducks swimming and there will always be people enjoying. No matter. I accepted what would come .

Sixty minutes prior to the passing of my mother, I started to play this verse.
Five minutes after it finished, the nurse called me from the other room, to tell me, my mother was about to cross the big river.
Ten minutes later she died in great piece and presence. During the seconds of the actual passing, she was even able to show me, for two very long lasting seconds, the source.
Blessings for you and your mother, she must have felt the vibration of the mantra and left the mortal body in great peace . Her soul is free now.✨️
I play this every morning as I do tai chi, I play it for my neighbourhood to raise the spirit, to feel our loving kindness, it’s so beautiful and heartfelt, no one has complained. It brings calmness and joy, I’m so grateful 🌺💕🌸💥💫🌟🌼❣️

This is an awesome mantra that is beautifully sung, no matter who is the singer. Which, for me, is one if the lessons I have gotten from this global epidemic. Regardless of who you are, where you come from, etc. we are all ultimately the same. Hindu, Buddhist, or whatever tradition is secondary to our shared humanity. Absolutely! This mantra was given to me after my diagnosis. The Dali Lama said it was his faith in God that cured. My mom had already told me that her faith covered me. I knew then that I would live. I've been healthy for many years now. I offer my faith to all who are frightened and ill. I believe and declare health and joy for all. God bless!

I recall a teaching from Lama Yeshe or Zopa suggesting that no matter the practitioner or if the practice is technically correct, it is the intention and motivation that matter. This chant had eased the suffering of my trauma's and addictions endlessly. Sooo grateful and blessed. 🙏🙏🙏

this is a truly beautiful mantra.. the story of Nachketa and Yama, a boy had 16y to live as per a boon, in the 16th year, when Yamraj came to take him, he hugged a Shivlinga, from which Bhagwan immediately came and kicked Death. So, it gives that immortal bliss. Also, the seminal tissues in our body has this power to regenerate life because of this mantra given to sukracharja or lucifer.
The singer is Hein Braat, a Dutchman. Our tai chi teacher played his music often.

It is the Dalai Lama singing. I was given a CD years ago by the doctor who founded the American Holistic Medicine Association. When I broke my leg I listened to it and slept mostly for 2 weeks. Our bodies take time to heal and I managed to go without an operation and there is no restriction of movement (my ankle bones) and no pains down the line. The Dalai Lama laughed about it when we said his chanting was very healing ....
thank you very much, happy you are feeling good. i myself had a traffic-accident and was hit by a bus and i was immediatly in white Light. then i felt the energy of my children and came back to earth for them . my leg was terribly hurt: two arteries were cut and i was bleeding to death without someone seeing it. Only after 8 hours i was operated and the doctors closed my arteries. 3 month later i walked normally again and my leg is better I had a cut of10 cm deep and 50 cm long, i should have been dead, but NO PAIN at all and no painkillers no medicine!!! and still walking!!! that is divine energy!! 🙏🙏❤

I went to his talk in France some years ago we could feel his light across the stadium. That is the teaching of Buddha, yes we may experience love and bliss of course but it is all of us as humanity and everything. The word God comes from the Germanic root then names are attached to this to worship. No enlightened Being ever wanted to be worshipped, that formed the various religions and divisions amongst people.

I was given this chant on a tape cassette years and years ago before my true awakening. I was told that it had been recorded and smuggled out and that you could not purchase it!
I listened to it all the time especially while driving as it seemed to help keeping calmness in very bad traffic ques, dealing with 3 young children, life hardships etc.
Anyway, I somehow misplaced the cassette ( i have a feeling that it is in a tape cassette player that I gave away) and have listened to every OM chant on RUclips that I could find looking for it.
Today this popped up in my recommendations and when I listened OMG I cried! I knew at the first note that this was it. This particular OM chant by the chanter touches me deeply.

This story of you makes me very glad. The first time I heard It i jumped out of my skin, and the next thought was: this i must share with many others. Yes I am half Dutch (father) but this is my oma's maiden name. I didn't want my father's name. Life...
I'm still tearfull listening to this chant especially as I now know what it is about. I am sure that listening to it for the many many hours and chanting along to the best of my ability really changed me, gave me peace on my journey, which hasn't gotten any easier, I have learned to observe my emotions when something happens and be peaceful throughout the experience instead of reacting and worrying myself almost to death.
I am going to try and record this into my phone just in case YT shuts down.

So beautiful . This chant touches me deeply in an unnamable place. I played The Great Bell Chant by Thich Nhat Hahn while my mother was dying and she awoke momentarily from her deepening unconsciousness a day before she died and opened her eyes and looked at me in recognition . I know she actually heard and felt the words. From this I know the power of the transmission of these chants.

I heard this marvelous recording years ago and keep coming back to it. Now, my best friend is laying in a hospital bed and dying. It is a wonderful opportunity for both of us to hear this chant and for me to be in a "duet" with the Dalai Lama. As far as i am concerned he is the REAL DEAL -- years ago, he came to Santiago where there was a meditation group I founded. I was out of town but someone from his group asked to borrow our instruments. Much to my surprise and a real mark of this man--after his meetings, I received a little personal handwritten note. In response, and with the same heart of gratitude, I am openly thankful and return this note. May all beings end their suffering and attain The Way.

I have a cd of this that plays for approx 1.5 hours & I often play it & hit repeat for it to raise the vibrations & clear/cleanse energies in my home. Sometimes I do it after facilitating a "heavy" healing, like a kind of bug repellent, lol. I also play it when my energy's low from experiencing something negative. It immediately "lifts" me 🙏💜🙏
