“My friend, I don’t think you understand what a bad idea this is.”
What a badass line
Ron got like 30 kilos on that guy only way he’s doing anything to Ron is a going for the face or groin on the other hand Ron isn’t really fat he’s got muscle
@@feritperliare2890and if what he says is true about his body i’m pretty sure his groin would be immune to physical attacks since it has its own industrial complex as a testicular track
First Ron makes Leslie's ring in a waffle iron (she loves waffles), then Chris and Andy stand up ready to defend her, then Ron tells Leslie's husband that he will have every other day forever to defend Leslie and volunteers as champion.
They all love Leslie.
And he used something from Ann’s house, so she’ll always have Ann with her
Me: 🤣
Everyone: Don't laugh. He means it.
Nothing beats watching Ron make things.
Watching Ron punch Jamm is up there, though.
@@EndohFr Beat me to it. 👍
Ron basically told Jamm to “beat it”!
Or breaking things. Like jaws or noses.
Nick Offerman has his own woodworking studio irl and tbh I would watch a documentary of just him making real stuff
Seeing Ron punch the ex-councilman is so satisfying, no matter how many times I see it.
I liked the Office and all, but Parks and Rec never had a decline in quality. Stellar show, especially for NBC.
Agreed. Nellie, Robert California, Pete and Plop. All terrible characters on two terrible final seasons
It honestly got better with time as the writers and characters settled into a rhythm. Gonna be honest Parks and Rec gets a lot better when they are done with the Pit.
@@DeatGaming It really got amazing once Ben and Chris showed up. Sorry, Mark.
I think season one was a below parr than the other seasons..it's reported that the writers wanted to make the show as similar to the office as possible..but in season 2 they tried to make it its own show and that's when it really took offf
Ron didn't even wind up. Just a WHA-PAP, down he goes. Hardly a wrinkle added to his suit.
“Here comes the BOO! All dressed in BOO!” Gets me every time 😅
I love to hate Councilman Jamm. I kinda want the "Boo! Boo! Boo Leslie Knope Boo!" As my ringtone.
It's Leslie's "Ohhh" after Jamm pushes Ron that gets me. She knows exactly what's going to happen next XD
I just love the way Chris says "Ann Perkins" every single time.
I literally clapped when Ron punched him. Ron is awesome.
The second Ronest moment in the show.
@@jacksongibbs8998 whats the first?
@@yichen5149
Every time Ron is annoyed.
My favourite bit is when Andy and Chris jump to action when Leslie is called a b-hole. True heroes ready to step up.
Andy is so good at protection that he should be a guardian.
@@jacksongibbs8998 ah, I see what you did there… 😉
Honestly I really love the idea of getting your closest friends and just improvising the whole wedding, but still including all the elements of a classic wedding.
That jewelry and nails tray has me scared.😳
Also, I just love that Ron has no problem with ripping the light off the wall.😂
Yeah like what were the nails used for? Really hoping not to make use of the nipple rings
I honestly just love that the recap of making the rings features Rom ripping the light off the wall again like ten seconds after we see him do it.
But they were, all of them, deceived, for another Ring was made.
In the land of Pawnee, in the low fire heat of a waffle iron...
@@TheGrimmCommoner And into this ring he poured all his manliness, his love for outdoors and his will to build things himself. One ring to rule all Indiana.
There is so much about the rings alone that are so Leslie… firstly, it is made from metal that is from Ann’s house, handmade by Ron, shaped in a waffle maker. You couldn’t find a more perfect ring if you tried!
Something borrowed: sconce
Something old: his grand father’s torch
Something blue: the acetylene tank
To make something new: rings
Ron could make a space ship out of a volkswagen buggy
Why would he need one he is in AMERICA
He wouldn’t use a foreign car. Ron would only use a classic American made car like a 60’s Corvette, otherwise the project would be tainted by Europeans.
You dare imply he hasn't?
Ron just casually ignoring thermodynamics just so he can make all us idiots who obey physics look like idiots.
How is Ron ignoring thermodynamics here?
I’d also like an answer to that question please
I loved how Andy and Chris got up, ready to throw hands with Jamm when he called Leslie a B-Hole.
You can tell just how much they treasure Leslie the same way Ron does as a precious, sibling-like friend.
They need to make a show about Ron making things
The fact he went back and fixed the wall too in time
I'm gonna try forging my own ring using Ron's instructions. Except for the sconce part... will use some scrap metal 😂
Tell us how it goes
@@bux68 To heck with that! SHOW us! That way if you make mistakes, experienced people can guide and teach you until you get it right where you want it.
I’ve made many rings, mostly on lathes but by hand as well. The process he used would actually work in reality. Hardest part might be getting the material thin enough if you used something like a waffle maker lol but I’m sure with a mandrel, hammer and air pencil it’d work
Ron inspires me to be more skilled
Really when the ex councilman sued Ron he had no case as he had physically assaulted and Ron used self defense
"People who buy things are suckers." Man, does Ron build EVERYTHING he owns?!
Unless it's from Food and Stuff
The more important stuff.
Usually buys most of his gear from food n stuff
I think the quote would make more sense if it was "People who buy things that they can easily make themselves are suckers."
Ron being the best dad for everyone.
God, I love the nipple ring scene. Short and hilarious.
April would love Dothraki weddings.
No deaths here, such a dull affair
The man was powered by bourbon and steaks... Swanson for the win.
Ron Swanson is my hero 😂
These are honestly two of my favorite Ron Swanson moments 🤩🤣
That was a fine punch
I never understood why the following episode was about Ron getting sued over the punch. He admitted to bribery for the paunch burger getting developed, was an inebriated and disorderly figure at a private event he wasn’t invited to, most likely destroyed property when staining the stink bomb stuff on the ground (also means this was premeditated cause he bought them and brought them along), and then proceeded to get physical when asked to leave.
Granted no charges were filed I assume since Ron knocked him out, but the episode about how Ron was just gonna take the case laying down was rather in poor taste. The man ended the disruption in the most efficient way possible while also defending himself physically. It’s been bothering me for years so I just needed to share.
A wizard did it.
This clip made me remember glass stink bombs exist
Oh Andy 🤣🤣🤣
NICELY DONE RON
Suck it jewelry companies, Ron's got his aces hand-crafted from his waffle iron!
I don’t condone violence but I do condone sending a message
-overly sarcastic productions
"Yes it all came together."
Enter: Jeremy Jamm.
"He fell so fast I thought he was diving to the floor" or something like that
Ron is the best, needs his own show too
Now hear me out: Young Ron Swanson
@sphinx man hell yeah and otterman as the voice over
@@sphinxman5578 bloody brilliant idea mate
I think makes it a little more special for Ben and Leslie to know that their friend Ron was able to make their wedding ring.
Ron is the best
Ron: people who buy things are suckers.
Amazon: excuse me.
Ron is the best.
I have done almost exactly this
Damn
Ron hands are massive... that punch to the nose was incredible
Leveling up Smithing in Skyrim be like:
4:45 is Ron the perfect man to play james bond?
Omg your so right that would be amazing
No. Ron is interesting.
"Obviously keep it over a low flame to achieve a nice temper."
Well, obviously!
Just realising that at 4:43 for like a second you can see Bill Hader he looks so funny
So this was the magical mirror the whole time.
I’m kind of surprised no one punched Jamm before that!
They have the whole damn scene on here.
I’m impress how Ron can make wedding rings in a flash
Because he's Ron Swanson.
@@callanflanagan8706 well for a Pawnee worker he’s an iron wizard
Even repaired the drywall afterwards
@moderngoldsmith made the sconce rings based on this scene and the video is AMAZING!!!! Even Nick Offerman tweeted about it.
I saw this video too!! It was SOOOOO good!!!
I always thought Ron would be with Ann for some reason. My favorite parts Ron making things and Ron punching things haha
4:44. Is that Orville Redenbacher and Axl Rose in the guest section?
They could have at least made it look like molten metal… instead of really glittery slime. 😂
Do you think Leslie ever found out her ring was made of Ann's house? I feel like she would have lost it
I feel like ron would be perfect security, dont know if he'll like it or not
Did Ron pour the molten metal into a waffle iron?
Yes he did.
From the look it must have been lewd/pewter or zinc. Most other metals glow when you melt them.
Specifically they have a higher melting point, everything glows the same at the same temperature.
Wait. Was this a Princess Bride reference?
Everybody has a plan until they get punched in the face. And this character has clearly NEVER been punched in the face.
Ahh, it isn’t a wedding until someone gets punched!
Fun fact: Stink bombing can legally be considered biological assault, just as spitting on someone can, and can face legal penalty.
As a man Ron makes me feel like a baby….
Good thing Jamm's a dentist...
Andy is so unfunny...
