I know BPM is a better company than most, but girl group dances are so lame compared to the boys who are very athletic. The hand gestures and hair flips are NOT dance moves LOL. Do y'all do these girl dances at home? I only do the boy dances. This feels like Jr. High too much.

As some who has actually trained in dance I notice that the girl groups use a lot of hand work and more small details that are easier to miss or not notice compared to boy groups who do more leg and footwork! Both are equally complex despite how they may appear and most girl groups are trained to look pretty while doing complex and high cardio moves which is harder than they make it look! I can assure you every time I try to learn a girl group choreo I end up underestimating it and drenched in sweat!
