It’s a beautiful thing when a man is comfortable to openly admit when he makes errors

Yep, it's the Triclopyr. Very useful to clear brush and Bermuda, like say on roadsides and the like.

We all make mistakes. Admitting it, learning from it, and moving forward is all we can do. Great content. Thank you

This is why I started added liquid Fertilizer with N and P so it recovers from the Herbicide

Much respect, been following your videos for a couple of years and you have always taken responsibility for actions that did not go the way that you hoped. Question: Do you have any advice to get rid of nut sedge in Liriope, without harming the Liriope? I also have a a large patch of Dallisgrass invading the Bermuda, open to any recommendations for it too, as I have not been able to find anything at the big box stores for Dallisgrass?

Thanks so much for the comment and being a loyal viewer. I am not sure what would work for the lirope. I would think that the Sedgehammer may damage it. Maybe check with Domyown.com and see if they have any recommendations. As for Dallisgrass in Bermuda, you may have to hand pull it. Everything that kills it without harming the Bermuda is crazy expensive! I am at the point in the season where I am just hand-pulling any weeds I see each night. Let me know what you find out.

I appreciate this video even more because of the mistake. It teaches all of us a lesson in reading labels, but puts it into perspective as well. It’s just grass and we (along with the grass) will recover.
What fan tip did you use? I like how it sprayed.

Thanks for the comment. I appreciate it. I used a TeeJet 110 degree tip. Nothing special. In hindsight I should have used something more direct where I could have targeted the weeds individually and not affected the overall Bermuda as much.

Naa that’s not bad. I was putting gas in the reel mower and wasn’t paying much attention and the spout slipped so I have a nasty dead spot 😢

That's exactly why I fill up as soon as I pull the mower out of the shed! I always spill a little bit and don't want to burn the grass!

This is why these products shouldn’t be sold untrained professionals. In Canada you need a pesticide application certificate to buy these products
