8:30 sounded like you were asking if you used Shalnark to play chrollo from sideline and raid it would the raid stay, and the answer is yes (if that was your question). Any effects previously affecting a character no longer apply to the raid character, so in this case Shalnarks lingering condition to sideline the played character at end of turn would stop applying if that character is used for a raid.
Hisoka is just so bad. Phantom troupe needs to be 4c weenie rush and board annihilation by BP Reduction. Paku is queen aggro. Shalnark into her for extra energy and draw 1 at the end of your turn.
