Short little video to see how many trucks are at Super Ego Yard. I tried to do a live broodcast from here but for some reason it didn't take either time.
One of the best APU alternatives is to get a small, super quiet high powered generator and then hook up a toolbox on the side of your truck where your APU would hang and lock it inside of there with a ventilation for the exhaust. Then run an extension cord into your cab. Cut a hole in the back your truck ideally up with the top bunk is right in the middle near the roof and insert an air-conditioning unit. Put up a bracket seal it. Done. You can run an additional extension cord down into the sleeper area and put a multi port outlet for your television and other things. It will save you a tremendous amount of fuel. You just need to make sure that you get the right generator in accordance to what you’re trying to do in the truck. If you don’t wanna hook up the air conditioning unit in a cut out hole in the back your truck then you could just build a door unit roll the window down and make a custom stand for the door window.
I agree, I need to find a metal fabricators to do it. I bought a generator but it almost fell off of my truck so I took it back. I am gonna try to pressure company for the Apu though
@@kdp1943 Just get a little mobile portable generator like one of those predators. And what my brother does is he turns the wheel opens the hood of the truck and hides it in between the tire and then closes the hood runs a cord in through the door. Give me your email I’ll send you the photos
please go to facebook and get info, I always get so much spam off of posting it here. I am now onto an idea of mounting power inverter onto thermo king trailer with a box to keep it out of the rain. Then simply run an extension cord to my truck. My trailer is running now and usually is running all the time I am sitting.
Diaz my yard manager went far a beyond to help me out not just to pick me out my awesome truck but more than that he really help me out through out the whole process Plus he even help me with booking a flight home for the holidays which was a big deal because iv never booked a flight before he's a real deal down to earth guy thank you Diaz
Every one of those trucks are used from various Auctions, mainly RB Auctions. They get them for $14,000 and on a finance system. And sell them to Suckers for 55-65,000 The " Suckers" pay them off in a few months and then they take them back in a contract issue. And the Driver loses everything and they " Re- Same" the truck to another Sucker !!!
@@kdp1943 I used to be a full time Trucker. I got a law degree. I do lawsuit's for both sides. I know what happens . Is working with Super Ego good? Only if you enter the program with lots of cash a very good credit. If you run 40 days on your money, then it's a good deal. If you run on their money your behind 85% . So where do you want to be? With the Ego buyer or the smart business partner. In trucking , unless you have dedicated accounts that are paying you a dedicated amount it's very very hard to really make something happen because of your working on the spot Market you have no control on the spot Market you have no control over the Brokers you have no control over the rates so all of your profits are variable you could win you could lose.
Every one of those trucks that you showed in your video at their parking lot are used big fleet trucks that come from the auction everybody has to do their homework and their diligence to see what they're doing and what they're getting so buyer beware pay attention do your business right if you don't do it right don't even bother getting into it because in reality if people are making $2,000 to 3,000 on a cycle you're really only making about seven or eight hundred dollars more than a company driver with no liability so which one is better ???
Which one is better? Well getting a Kenworth with 53 miles on it and me being the only one that has driven it for its life then financing it after taxes this year and basically buying a 2 year old semi for 100k. I believe my sacrifice and thought process is a lot better then a person going to Kenworth and buying a truck for 220k out the door. Also a perk I got to enjoy a brand new semi with no liability until I got my money and credit right to buy. So yes, my choice of actions are on time with my projected goals in the future.
Damn, nothing but Internationals, smh. I hate them. How come they don’t have too many Freightliners? Hummmm. I hope everything is good with you bro. Hold your head and keep doing your thing man.
Thanks man, I do fine except when I go home. I had a dentist apt last week and before that diesel was so high I was going home not to idle. But thankfully it has want down some, so I don't plan to go home for a long time
@@kdp1943 imma get back on the road this week myself. However, I’m just gonna be out for 2-3 (probably 3 weeks) at a time. This is the 4th quarter man. Holiday season. Me and my wife is trying to get a house by Thanksgiving too, so trucking is going to have to come big for us. Imma average $2,200-$2,600 per week, I think I can do some damage with that. Not bad for a company driver.
Driver scam companies, My checks come every week. If there is any mistake on my check the following week it is taken care of. So if you don't have no business skills come here don't make it and quit then yeah. Best stay away lol

Those are the semis drivers couldn’t keep paying anymore and they quit.
Probably some and some are trade in's. Keep moving trucks part of the business

The game is you never pay off the truck, you just trade it in and keep working the debt.
Are all there trucks automatic??
No, most of them are but if you want a manual they do have them.
How is your new dispatcher going
