Can you provide more Info on the colour blind mode, does it enhance the red colour given that it is one of the first colours to wash out the deeper you go? Is it part of the feature of the HUD shade or something else? Thanks in advance guys!
Hi Demis, the way the colorblind mode works is following: for every decimal point of PPO2 below 1.0 the middle LED flashes blue (1x for each decimal point under). For PPO2 of 1.00 the middle LED glows green, anything above 1.0 up to 1.6 there the outer LEDs are flashing, each flash for a decimal point above 1.0 (e.g. 3x green flash of outer LEDs = ppO2 of 1.3 ). ppO2 above 1.6 the left LED glows solid red and the right LED flashes red. I am color deficient myself and it works very well.
The shade of the HUD is there so you can quickly dim the LEDs if you find it too bright in dark and you don't want to go into the user menu to lower the brightness intensity.
you can find more detailed information in the user manual on our webpage if you would like to get into more detail. Thank you for your queries, we are happy to help with any questions.
