Best 15 mins of my day!! ❤🎉 I have couple questions 1. You mentioned in your Q&A vid that you started running at 15, were you like fit before that. I would really like to get into running. How far would you say would be a good starter goal and do you have any tips?
Hey! Thank you so much for watching, I’m glad you enjoyed. I’ve always been sporty and played a lot of netball before I started running but definitely wasn’t as fit as I am now. My biggest recommendation would be start slow and be consistent. So maybe start with 3 runs a week and slowly increase from there. There is also heaps of online coaches if you want to be serious about it ❤️
