Unless you use the switched live connection on the thunderbox (white wire) there is a 5 second delay for anything to switch on that is connected via the thunderbox 👍👍
The trick I use is an extra large/long cable tie (zip tie) and push it gently through from the seat end. Fix wire to that and gently pull through. On the Tiger I think we removed one trim only, for visibility. On my 500x using same technique I did not need to remove any panels. Patience and gentleness are the key, or that is what I have found at least. 👍
Any issues with water ingress into electrical areas ? I have the Tiger 900, and planning to rip out what’s in place to have an open setup similar to the 850 - more room for stuff ! The 900 has due seats tho, so perhaps water could get in that way ….
What is the bolt/thread size to go up into the bottom of the crash bar? I’m basically doing the exact same set up as you. Your videos have been great. Thanks!
Hi there. Just type 'GZCRDZ LED' into Amazon and they should come up. I just ordered a pair myself. £20, bargain. But they have quite a long delivery time... 👍

I hear that younger Codger song in the back ground. Nice touch! They look great. I have bubble eye led on my GS as well.
Ha ha, cheers! They certainly are great value. They work well. We'll see how they last 👍👍
You boys are just great to watch, love the banter.
Which crashbar set up is that please? Pre drilled and tapped holes are a big plus👍
Glad you enjoyed it. Hepco and Becker (Solid). Thanks for watching 👍
Hi. Great vid. Which thunderbox model did you get? UO1 or UO2?
Cheers. Just the basic/cheaper model. 👍
Great video!! Did you have to remove the tank or any panels to route the wires front to back?

Well it's DrJ's bike, not mine. But as far as I know he's had no issues at all. 👍

Not sure and DrJ is awol just now. I'd guess a standard 6mm bolt with a 10mm head.
They look very cool....😎👍
Certainly great value 👍
Very nice indeed
👍
I’m thinking of getting these for my 850 Sport, have you had any problems with them since?
Cheers
He's still using them. So cheap it'd be worth buying spares 👍
I am sorry need to ask u...do u have any idea how to adjust the headlamp position..? thanks.
