In my opinion, the polka family has never been the same nor as impressive as when they had this clarinet player.

I'm pretty sure it is Frank Kowaljeski and you are right. As much as we loved Alicia Guzevich, she could not play like Frank. We have seen Polka Family a couple times where Frank has played with them the past few years.
