For the first time ,after reading and listening so many interpreters, I understood why the state of nature imagined by john locke was so peaceful . The people living in that state of nature had loving caring and sharing nature. Well the reason is reason/ rationality. Means people had not just the passion (strong emotional desires) but also equal amount of reason which prevented them to cause harm to others.
