It's really impossible to forget the shock and pain when I first saw India's map without POK and Aksai Chin. After knowing of our map during school geography classes, seeing the new map in some foreign geopolitical media felt like someone cut off my country's head. It was beyond fury and pain, there was a sense of humiliation. But vengeance is a dish best served cold, and served slowly over many years. We will have them back, and then some.
We will take back POK and eventually we will. But Aksai Chin is a gone case a long back, in 1962. This blunder of Nehru cannot be reversed, even if all others may be. The strategic G-219, which passes through Aksai Chin and which is the only now in 2013, a paved hvy connect Tibet with Xinjiang then via Karakoram hvy links and turns to CPEC route in Gilgit Baltistan. China never in its sane mind going to negotiate on giving important G-219 Highway in Aksai Chin to Bharat and have a nuclear confrontation with Bharat. Bharat too don't want the same. ..But if China imploded from within like rise of democracy and civil disobedience overtakes Chinese CP oligratches then there may be a chance who knows.... So, therefore taking POK is more viable and suitable as for current timeline per se. We do have a tabled resolution in the parliament passed in 1994 of taking back occupied territories and now people from within PoJK and GB are convinced by developing perspects og J&K UT. So time is getting closer and closer.
