Never tried a headstand until today. I got it! Held it for a few seconds and then hit the wall. I will do this daily so I can improve! Thanks for the video!
Hey everyone! I just want you to know, this woman has probably been practicing for a while, or has extreme core strength. Trust me when I say, If you cant, youre not fat, or weak. Not everyone has the same strength. I can do it, but ive been practicing for THREE years. It takes practice, but trust me, youll get there.
A great method to work out elbow distance is to wrap your fingers around your elbows. A narrower distance between elbows actually makes it easier to balance. I like to stretch the skin on my forearms away from my hands, and clasp as Leggings showed. Try 25 breaths in Dolphin (head off the ground, legs straight) to build shoulder strength. - the arms hold you up, not your head!
appreciate your content so much💜 also I’ve never tucked my pinky finger while doing this handstand before and I don’t know why I didn’t think of that sooner. my former squished pinky thanks you

Man wish I could Progress, I get so light headed and dizzy, feels like my head is going to explode after I try to put my head upside down even with the help of my legs.
I think you need to invest in an inversion table to gradually increase an upside down position and see what happens. I started that way and now can do both head and hand stands. I prefer handstand at the end of the bed using it as a back support. Find your zone. Good luck.
Does using the arms for support instead of the hands represent another posture? or is it the same thing? I see both versions, and y prefer using me hands.
man, i used to be able to do headstands for like a couple minutes when i was younger. i'm 16 and could probably still do one but i just know i'd get a headache,
I'm 53 and started yoga 4 mths ago and just managed to do crow pose finally.. albeit for 4-5,seconds each time only! How soon shall I try to do this headstand?
I can still do headstands, and I’m almost 60 years old. 😊❤
Were you a dancer or something when younger? How come?
That's awesome!!
Thats was awesome im 11 and i can barely do an elbostand i find them easier than headstands bec headstands make my head hurt
@@habibaahmed7053 Distributing my weight on my hands helps. Elbow stands are good too.
❤❤❤
I've been trying for years and did it the first time today. Thank you so much!

Thank you!!!!!!! I needed this so much! My pinky kept getting squished whenever I tried and I could only do a headstand against a wall.
Man wish I could Progress, I get so light headed and dizzy, feels like my head is going to explode after I try to put my head upside down even with the help of my legs.
Do you breath in that upside down position ? Focus on your breath. The reason you feel that way is probably because you are not breathing.
have you had your iron checked recently? this def could be why you’re feeling that way
Omg same. I thought i am the only one. I feel like throwing up when i do it

Can you offer any tips for the part where you lift your legs up straight? I can't get past the tuck headstand :(
You can also follow the same steps for a tripod headstand of your wondering :)

Naive question. What exactly is the benefit of a headstand? It just seems like a very risky maneuver with very lil if any health benefits
Very cute and good ❤
I keep rolling forward
😭😭😂😂
My bicept😭😭
I wanna do it but I'm too scared
I almost died doing this for the 1st time bawahahahaha
Its so easy but my head still aches a little during and a bit after, is there a way to prevent that from happening?
I'm 53 and started yoga 4 mths ago and just managed to do crow pose finally.. albeit for 4-5,seconds each time only! How soon shall I try to do this headstand?
Only you can answer the question 😅
omg this is so helpfull thank you so much
Is it just me cuz ive been doing this my whole life and didnt know it was a headstand😮
amazing
Why can’t I do it 😭😭
Your absolutely stunning 😍 ✨️
It’s so simple! Ha! Thank you for these tips! They were very helpful.
I tried this and fell on my back landed on a pile of laundry and decided it’s not for me
I laughed so hard which was nice
Luckily nobody saw me
When I do this when I fall it hurts my hands
I do it on the bed bc I'm scared is that good or bad or should I stack my yoga mat and do it on the floor?
Does it hurt the head?
❤❤❤
Where did you buy your socks?
I don't know why but it works for everyone but not me
I found this easy, obviously I have to go against the wall to get my handstand.
That site looks like you could tip right over into the sea!
👍🙌❤️
