@1stpltpkmnTR Since the sepia toned scenes were glitching out, I found out about a graphical hack that you can apply from the PCSX2 forums. It renders the sepia tone scenes without the sepia tone layer so you just get the beautiful full-color frames. The sepia tone is cool, but I think scenes like this one actually look better in color.
It's kinda weird to hate on someone who had no control of the situation. I would understand why Marcello would hate his father but angelo? well whatever we know later on what type of a person is Marcello
Marcello was a little boy, so it was probably easier for his mind to conclude “Angelo was born, and I was thrown out (and my mother died). Therefore, it’s Angelo’s fault.” Then, once their dad was gone, he projected the hatred he really had for him to the next best thing: Angelo. Maybe if his mother didn’t die, his mind might not have come to that conclusion, but the combined trauma of being rejected by his dad and his mom dying is probably why these thoughts and feelings stuck as strongly as they did. One can only hope that one day, he’d realize it wasn’t Angelo’s fault, and that he’s the only family he had left. It’d take a long time, but Angelo still loved him in spite of everything. I’d like to think that’s what happened.
I mean, I can kind of see it. Marcello had his future ripped away from him, and just when he's estqblished himself, a ghost from his past reappears. Honestly a well written character, multi-faceted. Wanted to prove to the world that he could make it on his own, despite fate seemingly conspiring to keep him down; and then got consumed by his hatred of the alleged, "fate".
It's possible that Marcello had heard of the passing of Angelo's parents and perhaps his disappearance or the uncertainty of where Angelo would end up. He's smart enough to put two-and-two together and it would be too much of a coincidence.
Poor Angelo, knowing that his own half brother hated him for being born, and his parents death to boot. It must have been hard on young angelo. If Marcello ever just talked to Angelo instead of being spiteful to him they would have a good relationship
The uploader used a setting in the emulator to remove the sepia. They did this because the emulator doesn't handle the sepia properly, so their fix was to remove it.
4:19 and his switch instantly flips to "douchebag."

Which I think is a pity. :(
How did Marcello know that it was his half-brother anyway?
Maybe Angelo isn't a common name around those parts of the world.

How come this version isnt in sepphora or black and white?
