Sony ICF-SW7600GR: Strange conversation in Spanish on 38 meters

I really don't know what this conversation was about but I was very surprised to hear it on 7945 khz USB on 1/19/17 at 02:46 UTC. I was scanning the band on my Sony ICF-SW7600GR and usually hear nothing between 7900 and 8400 khz (except the mysterious UFO CW on 8000 khz which I will post about later) when this conversation popped up on this odd frequency. Anyone speak Spanish to tell me what they were talking about??

They talked about different methods for insect bites or poisonous animals that give you time to get to the hospital and receive medical treatment. The accent seems to be from Central America. 73
