Been on a few self drive cruises on the River Thames and the Regent's Canal with Fung and friends and here's a video of it. These activities are great for families and guarantee a fun day out. Enjoy!

I am living in Toronto over 20 years from hong kong. I never feel as a second class citizen. I enjoy the freedom and human right in Canada . So happy and lucky.
HK people are the best quality supreme best of breed out there. Superior genetics, superior culture, superior language, superior attitude. HK people are winners 👍! HK people are almost, but not as good as the Japanese. Unlike Meng WanZhou?

I came to Toronto from HK 23 years ago. Studied high school, university, then settled with a job in health care. I never feel second class. We Canadians value diversity, equality, democracy, freedom and human right. Not only that, Canada has much more to offer from coast to coast. Proud to be Hong Kong Canadian!!!

I live in Sydney Australia over 28 years. I never thought I am a second class citizen here. That person who made such a ignorant comment can reflect he/she mindset is so narrowed. Do they know that the value of equality has been promoted globally last decades? Ask them to have open minded, not being a bigoted.

I grew up in a place called Penn in Buckinghamshire (not far from Beaconsfield), went to school in Marlow and have friends rowed in the rowing club. Your video brings back so many good memories. Really? I had been to UK in early 80's for almost 4 years. I could still remember I was pissed off often in the public such as bus station, even though I didn't say a word, some people just loved to come and asked why you Chinky hasn't got a pigtail ( braids, plait, whatever ). It's so annoying

I have lived in Australia for 29 years and while there has been some occasional racism, I have created a good life here.
Left UK and moved to US more than 25 years ago, but planning to move back to UK with the family next year. I was fortunate riding the tech wave in the west coast, never felt like a second citizen instead mentored and helped many local folks strive in the tech space. Thanks for sharing the vlog, gives me more encouragement to move back!

I am your biggest fan.. I grew up in East London as a kid and I went back to HK for university. I worked as a doctor in HK for over a decade but I was not happy.. now I am in USA and I am loving my new life here.. I NEVER felt I was a second class citizen in UK or USA. I am now a professor at a university teaching public health and I have started my own online company as well. Hong Kongers can thrive ANYWHERE! We will always be Hong Kongers!

Henley on Thames is the best town with gorgeous views , Henley are among one of the most friendly towns to reside in UK ! Love that Marlow bridge too ! Thanks so much , really makes my day watching this 👍👍👍
In UK it’s a whole different culture, even if you’re not rich , weekend activities can include a free walk and picnic in those huge parks like Hyde Park , lake concerts and picnic , boat rides, rowing or punting ! Emphasis on experience instead of crazy shopping 🛍 in malls ! Even sun bathing and barbecue in your backyard would be nice and simple pleasures to enjoy life !
Great video and information uncle bob, I lived in London 20 years ago didn’t know these boat trips and existed. I used to live in maida vale, not far from little Venice too. Only negative of uk living, Chinese food is lousy. I live in Sydney Australia, Chinese restaurants almost hk standard good

Am I a 2nd class citizen in the States? After 40+ years living and growing up here, my answer is a firm NO.
The freedom I enjoy every day is immeasurable and I call the States my adopted country - I put my extra-large size American flag out by my front door on all major holidays - as a sign of respect to this land of opportunity.
Is America perfect? No, but it is much much better than many countries in this world. In these pandemic years, we have enough vaccines to go around to the point that some cities are giving vaccines to zoo animals - lions and tigers.
The Communist system brings out the bad human character traits - lying, to say the least. 777 and 689 are the latest examples. Having a higher education does not immune them from being bad actors. It is whether one has a moral compass bearing. Obviously, they lost that bearing somewhere sometime. God is just and He will make us accountable for our deeds.

Agreed with you… I lived in Canada, and now in USA for over 34 yrs. Never would I consider myself to be 2nd class citizen in either of the country. It comes down to having the right mentality. Be willing to melt into the new cultures, willing to learn the language, don’t be so judgmental on other based on your point of view only. Seek to understand before asked to be understood. Don’t turn into a Hong Kong Locust. :).

We're in Melbourne, Australia. Don't feel like we're 2nd class citizens. I reckon it all depends on your attitude and your adaptability. You need to be willing to integrate. Then anywhere you go, you'll find yourself at home.
But how do some of these HKers integrate, they cannot even speak English to a level an average person can understand. Without this, they will be inward looking, never able to strike out. Another thing is you don't actually know what it is like to be a first class citizen because it is your reality. This is why when people say 'white privilege' to white people, they are perplex. The reason is, they only know their own reality, and this is happening to the HKers abroad.

Don’t you reckon the first priority of someone who’s looking to migrate to another country is to learn the language and to have basic communication skills? Like I’ve mentioned in my original comment, you need to have the right attitude and willingness to integrate.
@@Vibernation and the right attitude is not what I have seen so far. A portion of HKers are brash 'know-it-alls' and don't try. They seem to think in Britain, doors will open for them. Estate agents here are now charging to view properties because they don't understand the culture. They waste a lot of estate agents' time by not turning up for their viewings.
@@borderless2223 I’m not from HK so I cannot make any comment or generalisations on HKers. Having said that, my impression of some HKers can be “know-it-alls”.
@@Vibernation No problem at all. Just the fact that if I brand a Hong Kong person Chinese, they can be prickly about that. A portion of them want to labelled "Hong Konger", so as seen, I have used this term, even though theoretically, they are Chinese but any type of linking to mainland China they tend to over-react. This self important attitude is what I meant by the 'know-it-all attitude. Obviously not all are like that, but those I have encountered have been like that. They like to show off, which is not something liked in western culture. It is seen as brash. They have no self-awareness other than like to play the victim so the west can see their crocodile tears. To me, that is not an honourable way to behave.
