How can you call Visakhapatnam as Smart City, Except few main Roads mainly Beach Road rest all roads are shabby and full of potholes. Contractors digging roads for laying pipe lines now and then but simply backfilling making road more dangerous during mansoon, no planning for GVMC and there is no control on Contractors, no top rank GVMC officer visit many places in Visakhapatnam GVMC Commissioner don't know where is Muralinagar, Akkayyapalam, Madhavadhara, and many other places in Visakhapatnam, GVMC Commissioner lives in Posh area where Roads are neat and clean and proper drainage system, and other facilities. How Visakhapatnam getting award for Clean City only God knows. Visakhapatnam is worest than small villages.
