They were put together to be a global group, that's why they sing and rap in mostly English. Plus English is the language that the whole world communicates in. And them other groups got nothing on XG.

The reason why they're not considered Korean-pop is because they are all Japanese that sing and rap in English.
They do sing and rap in Japanese and Korean too, but only on non-official tracks.
Some people will still label them as K-pop for silly reasons, like how they trained and how they promote.
I have no idea what training and promoting has to do with the type of music they perform, but there are people who will argue with me about it.
If anything, XG is an R&B hip-hop group.
"Global" is the term they use.
I started calling them X-pop because most people wouldn't use global and would go straight to K-pop instead.

@@dabtrollcreationstv Please also at least watch the ASL version of Girl Gang also. Simon (ceo/producer) received letters from hearing impaired fans and the girls learned ASL for the MV (maya solo dance i believe) and then released the ASL vid..Who else does this? Props to these girls!!!!!!
