Hi nico, It's on the Mediterranean side, yes you need a license but i don't know how foreigners get it, if you know a local diver you can dive without a license.
I see that you have carbon equipment, (fins and speargun ). I wonder if there is a store that sells such equipment in Nador, or did you bring it from outside the country?
Not sure about saragos , mine is laser, originaly bands were 2 17.5mm anaconda black, now i have 2 16mm denty and i like them better, never used saragos to tell you my experience

I use 110 2 bands standard. Or 105 roller . 85 for holes
