  • This includes autolaunched flows and screen flows.
    To use widget flow interactions, in the dashboard editor, select the widget. On the Interactions tab on the Widget Properties panel, add a Start a Flow action and select the flow. Flow interactions are available only for the text widget.

    Is there anyway to input text? For example, can I allow users to input a new case reason as text?

    Is this still only available for admins or anyone with the view setup & configuration permission?

      Are you referring to the visibility of the flows in the interactivity config panel? We did fix one bug found in Beta, which may be what you're referring to (flows were only visible to "anyone with the view setup & configuration permission").
      See help doc, "Dashboard interactions support custom autolaunched and screen flows. Only active flows are visible."
