Used to see this band at the Underground at Brown University around 1998. They were more of a jam band back then, but have always displayed extremely high levels of musicianship. Glad to see they're still at it.
This song was in my first mp3 player - Sansa something. 13 years ago, even better to know they're from my home state. Underrated and basically unheard of that they're, unfortunately, not as active now.

Agreed, im sure those groups (Eric Johnson, Muse, and others) would not have wanted their songs in Guitar Hero if they didnt plan on people being introduced to them through it. And you're right it doesnt matter where you heard the music from Just enjoy it and let it be an escape, like its meant to be. Thats why i dislike so much of today's music that's about being angry all of the time or whatever. Songs like this remind me of what good music really is, music that makes you feel good

Yup. That’s where I first heard them. All from the usually crap sample music they include. Except this was not crap.
