Did some research about LGBTQ friendly US states.. cross-referenced it with the top states with low cost of living 🤔 Discovered that the more gay friendly a state is, the more expensive it is to live in that area 😅 We can draw different conclusions.. but, I think- PRIDE is expensive and that's what corporations love 😆 Any, just my thoughts 😎🍿🍕📺
Some factors to consider -- LGBTQ+ friendly regions tend to be urban cities, and cities tend to have higher cost of living. But if you zoom in to look within a city, the gaybourhood is usually cheaper to live in, in comparison to the surrounding downtown area. It's totally true that the gays have more disposable income ('cause no kids😉), though, so it's wise for the corporations to go after those rainbow dollars. Vote with your money works, folks!
Church St. was part of my walk to school, and my first gf worked in a cafe where the T.O. Pride parade always passes by. Good times… I wish I had been gayer in high school. 🌈

I wish DC had a pride intersection...maybe they do, but idk. I feel like since I live near DC I'd know, but I don't go there often because driving into any city is a bitch.
Vancouver Pride is awesome. It's a month long of different events. One year there was even a lesbian yatch party. I usually just go the August long weekend. The Friday they close down a street and do a street party with music and dancing. Saturday is the Dike March and a bunch of other stuff then Sunday is the Parade and then a beach party with some band playing at several different parts of the beach..It's fun but iv never been to any other pride to compare.

Liberals are more gay-friendly and more likely to be college-educated, which means higher salaries. Higher salaries result in a higher cost-of-living.
