- In this two part series, I demonstrate how I make Wilbur. Wilbur is a very tiny jointed teddy, who can sit snuggly in the palm of your hand. Pop him in your pocket and keep you company throughout the day. Yes, he is fiddly to make because of his tiny size, but so worth the patience it takes to make him!

Ahh cute Wilbur! He sure looks tedious to make. I used to make teddy bears by machine but much bigger. I loved it.

Wilbur is so lovely, now I want to pull my tiny girl bears out and continue making, only problem in I have reduced dexterity right now, my dominant hand is not playing fairly and my non dominant hand hasn’t gained enough fine motor skills for hand made bears. Ah life is a funny thing, hoping to be able to be more ambidextrous soon.
So frustrating when we want to do things and the body won’t cooperate. I hope your dominant hand improves for you soon. 😊🫶🏻
@@leannescraftycupboard just found out I have Peripheral Neuropathy, most likely caused by my Covid experience earlier this year. 😢 trialing pain relief, but that doesn’t really help with the nerve damage. I just need to find other ways to do things or new things to do.
