hey naked science just want to start by saying love your channel. now a question for you my aunt and I are arguing(weather you should throw out moldy sweet potatoes or cut off the mold and use it) she says cheese is mold and you don't worry when you eat that I told her cheese is cultured and is not like the mold growing on food. please clear this up for me. ps I want to win argument. lol.

There's no such thing as vegetarian cheese, the milk came from a cow so people need to stop with the nonsense and vegetable rennet. Use whatever coagulates the milk, use a acid.
