I hate to say I was never a Toby Keith fan. Liked most of his music but always kinda thought of him as a bully. Now I realize he was.just speaking what he thought. The crazy thing is that's what I usually do n think people.should without trying to hurt people's feelings. I have to say I didn't know enough about toby the man, but just the entertainer. I now know what a good man he was and how much he did for others. I always believed he loved his country and now know how much he loved his family. I'm so sorry for their loss. As I said I liked his music but I cried when I heard don't let the old man in. It's just a shame he never got the chance to not let that old man in! HATE CANCER Now love Toby. RIP. big guy. You will be greatly missed by all.

I spoke to Toby Keith three or four times a day for the last 2 1/2 years
He wrote and produced two songs that are yet to be released by his management team. The first of the two songs , called Dream Ninja he claims is probably the best love song he has ever written and produced. The second song, Love Circle tells the tale of how his love grew as the relationship deepened. Soon the world will know the whole story.

We have lost the greatest country, music, writer, and entertainer of all times. My heart and prayers go out to his family and a great big thank you to them for sharing him with all his fans. Toby was a Good man. I love most of his songs " COURTESY OF THE RED,WHITE and BLUE, SHOULD HAVE BEEN A COWBOY " BUT MY NUMBER ONE FAVORITE IS " DON'T LET THE OLD MAN IN" which made me cry when he performed it at People's Country Choice Awards. To think he wanted to sing an upbeat song of his but the producer wanted him to sing this song n Toby finally said he would n the rest is history. He said the whole audience had tears even Men. The next day it exploded n went to number one. I have listened to it over a hundred times n cry everytime. The night before this performance he got very sick n wasn't sure he could do it but he was a fighter. He said he wrote this song for everyone to live by. RIP Toby ❤ 💙 💜
He had some great songs. I heard " The list" for the first time last week. What a great song! He wrote about what is most important in life. What truly matters most. That and American Soldier. That brought tears to my b eyes. He accurately portrayed the sacrifices that those of us go through.
