This is where R Cade will really shine, much bigger install base than the iircade too!. I have three ALU's all with BitLCD's. I have streamed steam games, I also stream youtube arcade shows while playing the others. I'd like to keep my ALU's and an upgrade VIPER would be very sweet as long as I keep my Bitlcd functionality.
This is great news Glen, I have a Atgames Ultimate version 1 along with the legends ultimate gamer. Niether of these have been connected to the internet since 2020 so they are both running on old ATGAMES Firmware. I ordered your shot gun, Ikari controller and the 4/8 gate switches that I did not installed on the Legends Ultimate cabinet. I need to get these installed and start using my ATGAMES products again along with your fine products. I am dying to use the IKARI controller and the Syndin Shotgun. I have just been more involved with an ODIN 2 Pro and emmulation.
Hey Glen! Great video! So if I were to get the Sinden target pro and plug it in, would the sinden white border automatically appear on the light gun games where I would be ready to roll? Thanks!
Hello I'm kinda new to this R cade experience, may I please know if this unchained version of the legends ultimate will fit a 512gb drive or would I need another one? And how would be go on about backing up with arcade machine beforehand as well? 🤔🤔🤔 Thanks in advanced
im wondering this aswell i have it installed but idk what it does or how to do things with it would love someone to do a in depth coverage video on all of it as theres little to no documentation out there
I have a Raspberry Pi running aprox. 50K games. will I be able to load these games on my Legends console with the addon? Great Content, been lookin for something like this for a few years.
I've been happy with the Sauce V2 that came out, had running for 5 weeks straight without a lockup/drive disconnect. I had to wipe my machine e to stock before reinstalling 5.68 to get things running, no internet anymore, don't trust another firmware update.
going down another rabbit hole with this one. Definitely not "no work all play". I have it up and running and the amount of configuration you are going to have to do to this is, well, a lot. Something as simple as pac man. On the ALU, its way too stretched. No idea how to correct that. Tron? Yeah, right. No spinners. Shinobi? Pressing the fire button first uses your magic then you can throw stars, after your magic is wasted. Asteroids? Fire button also makes you hyperspace. Good luck, makes it very challenging and fun, well kinda. Im guessing this is for those that know how to actually edit retro arch in depth and are willing to go through each game to configure it. For those that are experts in retroarch, this appears to be another front end, and has some handy features like auto update, game downloader, bitlcd integration and the 4/8 way gate which I do have installed, etc, but as far as it being configured and ready to go out of the box - that certainly hasnt been my experience. Im always up for a challenge, and I guess if I want to use this I will have to learn a lot more than I currently know about retroarch and go into each of my games and get them right once Ive figured out how. Meanwhile coiniopsX and OneSauce have been way friendlier.
So, a system like this... ...I'd need it, but with a better marquee display. I think they make those now? (Came into money, looking to make my own cab).
Can the spinners assignments be switched so that player 1 can use the spinner on the right? I have a Legends Ultimate, and I extremely dislike having to use the spinner on the left. Nearly all spinner games, such as Tempest, are designed to be played with the right hand, thus it is extremely awkward to be forced to play with the left hand.
I just can’t figure out how to share with my network for my roms. It looks like everything’s good on the arcade. My PC isn’t picking it up. I want to store the Roms directly on only one usb.
Hi Glen. I just saw on your video looking good. I ask you I got my legends arcade at home but I got my usb there that one sauce coinopsx x because not working. So can you help me how to that add for R-Cade or Legends Unchained where is download ? I like that all games and my son want to all games and roms.
Sauce V2 is the most stable and easy to use so far, unzip to the root folder of you ntfs formatted thumb drive, eject, plug into ALU, run script, play.
I’ll be honest. Your company never answers its email or phones when customers seem to have issues with your products? What gives? Maybe I’ll have to reach out on each and every video you upload to get the assistance I need.

Nice! I still have my Pac-Man Fever LP from when I was a kid. Had it ripped to a cd too! :)
Very excited for this! Good lookin out Glen. Always a step ahead.
Please update when a complete ready to go build is available for download.
Awesome video! Thank you.
Can you make a video on how to burn it on sd card or flash drive?
I can do that
@@GlensRetroShow 🙏🙏🙏👍 Thank you
Donkey Kong Cereal was pretty awesome but Strawberry Shortcake cereal...off the hook!

Fantastic 🤩🤩🤩. I think you will like R-Cade.. and the GRS controllers
You can also put the Odin 2 connected to the legends ultima and plug in the controller with USB to use the legends pad
@@GlensRetroShow Looking foward to using them.Especially The IKARI stick!!

7:42 It seems to take a while to boot (about a minute). Is this normal? Do you think it's because you're using the original legends ultimate?
Great video, definitely going to try this out.
Is that a stock trackball on the version 1 alu? I have a version 1.1 and want to upgrade my trackball.
Never stop.
Smurf Berry Crunch? Forget about it!
For the first time, I want to mod my machine.
Nice 😊😊
I’ve been playing with it for two weeks. It’s awesome. It made me start playing my ALU daily again after I hadn’t played it in over a year.
Will this work on the ALP?
Hi Glen, loved the video, is there a way I can contact you privately for questions I have?
Quick question on the download. Are we downloading the .img.md5 or img.xz or both? I am confused as there are no detailed instructions on which.
The big one (.xz)

Have you tried installing on an ALP HD?
so is there any benefit installing this coming from someone whos always just ran the normal legends software with a bitpixel and a aimtrak?
cool, I still have my coinops running but no console games so thats why I might do this.
Nice it's totally worth it

Rondo of Blood is the best Castlevania game of all time
@@stepsgaming agree 💯 there

We are still in talks with items out past agreement has passed..but I think 🤔 we will be back

Can I purchase the flash drive already loaded with R-Cade so it's plug-n-play?
Unfortunately no
That is against the terms of use
So if i wanna add games do I load them on the flash drive? Is there a specific folder?
You can use the built in game downloader or get the IP of your system and use Windows explorer //your units ip/
Looks fantastic
Is that version 1? I didn't get the memo. Good stuff! I love my version 1 and Taito pack
where is turbo graphic 16?

Will R Cade run on Legends Mini as well?
In theory yes.. I need to try it 😉
@@GlensRetroShow Just did my ALU and would be great to know if it works on the Legends mini. Thanks for the video
Works perfectly on the Mini. I’ve had it installed on mine since launch and just updated to most recent version (2.0.2) a few days ago.
Is it better than One saUCE?
