DUNNING-KRUGER EFFECT: DO YOU THINK YOU'RE SMART? IF SO, PARADOXICALLY, THAT ISN'T VERY SMART OF YOU

  • This is a very interesting phenomenon that has been described by two scientists and, very justly, the effect is eponymously named after them. It shows that the more intelligent you are, it's more likely that you're going to have huge doubts about yourself. Almost all the time, even painfully so. And the contrary holds true as well: Morons are always so sure of themselves and their "sharpness" while being blunt all the time. Turns out even the ability to see your flaws and to work on them and to doubt your capacities in order to propel yourself to work harder, and win, takes some intelligence too.

Ma'am I also feel the same while preparing for competitive exams. I doubt myself sometimes. Sometimes I do feel low in confidence but will try to improve thanks
