This is the most worth event they made for p2w so far, at least in global I've yet to remember an event be even close to this one. The gains from it are astronomically high compared to the usual (because it's like a wheel except you pick what you want), and the outfit is insane too. Curio as well (5% main path attack when awakened)
This might be because it's the 1 year global anniversary or something, but it's 100% worth using vouchers on this event, go crazy.

with your vouchers you should get the permanent perk pack in the top left at 6:50 , thats 10 free draws a week that could benefit you greatly.

I believe they will only be running the event for 2 months as like a test to see how many new creators they could get making overmortal content.. id be surprised if they found it worth it to continue honestly (i really hope they do though)
