    Mam, why does a famous brand like philips doens't give a 3 pin plug?
    From so many years and even today we have seen that all mixer grinder comes with 3 pin plug.
    Jab ki 3 pin earthing plug is a must for user's safety and Shock proof during wet grinding and also the earthing safety of the motor.
    So is it safe to use philips..?
    Please do reply..
    Thankyou

    • @almondnine
      @almondnine 2 месяца назад

      if it has plastic body then they do not need 3 pin

    • @dinesh........
      @dinesh........ 2 месяца назад

      @@almondnine Every mixer grinder is made of plastic. Till date I haven't seen any mixer made of metal body. Everybody know this.
      But Do you know that water is a good conductor of electricity..? And mixer grinder is not only used to grind dried items. 90% users use it for wet grinding as well.
      Also after a certain period the jars may leak or anyhow if there is any wetness within the bush of the mixer where the jar is been placed for grinding.., there are possibilities for passing electricity through that wet area. Also due to poor earthing within the wiring of several houses, even though having 3 pin plug many people including me have experienced shock while touching the jar. So to prevent such hazards mixer grinder has plastic body and 3 pin cable. Most of the electric equipments like washing machines, where people comes in direct body contact like the operational area where buttons are given are made of plastic. And rest body part(90% area) are of metal body. But we don't experience shock because of the paint applied on it. The paint acts as an insulation. During monsoons just touch Your washing machine's metal body portion where you see there is no paint. You will surely experience a shock. May be its intensity will be low. But this is a fact. It happens also due to moisture or because of poor earthing. Same happens with Fridge too. That's why every Refrigerator has its handle made of plastic. It itself proves that even though fridge also has 3 pin cable, there are possibilities to experience electric shock in certain conditions.
      But in this mixer's case what made me feel bad is that a well known brand like Philips did this cheap kind of work by not giving importance to safety. Just to save a 100 bugs. At the same time even all other low priced mixer companies provide 3 pin. Even Philips all other mixers costing more than 3000 has 3 pin cable.

    Your white cot is beautiful. Where did you get it and what's it's name??
    Also, would you recommend a mattress vacuum over a regular vacuum and if so, which one? I couldn't find any specific video on that.

    • @TheGrapevineIndia
      @TheGrapevineIndia  Год назад

      Hi! That one is from www.urbanladder.com. I don't think it's in stock anymore, I bought it quite a few years ago.
      I don't have a video for that but if you have a vacuum that has an upholstery attachment - that should suffice. If not, you can get a separate mattress vacuum. I'm generally in favor of multipurpose appliances that can satiate 90% of my requirements.
