  • Virtual Force Field Algorithm is a classic path planning algorithm used for Local Navigation. The algorithm constructs vectors that help guide the robot through it's path while avoiding the different obstacles. The algorithm is discussed in the video and has been demonstrated on a Formula 1 Robot Car in a ROS (Robot Operating System) based simulation.
