You and your hubby are insanely talented...it's not just the sanding and the painting, it's the vision that you have!! You're able to transform old broken down pieces of furniture into works of art!! I loved all the pieces today! If I lived near you I would buy the corner cabinet in a heartbeat! I've been looking for one like that for so long! And the red and black piece was also amazing! Really well done, as always!! xoxo
Yvonne, The corner hutch matches one identical to one that I had. It was Amish made. I’ll bet your was, too. Loved the transformation! I also loved the transformation of the 2 door cart. Thanks for sharing!
OH MY! I don't think I can pick a favorite this time. If I were younger I would start all over decorating my house with ALL of your pieces. And I LOVE that RED!
Love all the pieces! The red and black piece is awesome! And the two tone rolling cabinet! You and Chris do great work. Thanks for the videos of your processes. 🤗
My fave is the two-tone rolling cart. I agree that it looks much better without the handles and pegs on the sides. The top cutting board is so beautiful! I also like the red piece a lot and hope it sells so you can keep being bold.
We just bought a really cute house, but not enough counter space or storage in the kitchen. We found a dresser just the right size. I painted it an antique red, and put textured wall paper on the back.I left the dark brown top. I love it. 🌺❤🌺
Well so glad to see you certainly stepped out of your box with the black and red piece...it was definitely my favorite and as usual, you blew it out of the park...love all your work and attention to detail...love from Susan in Florida :)
You both do really good work. Thank you for sharing. That corner cabinet looks totally different. Rolling cabinet looks nice with the wood doors. You really surprised me with the red!! But it looks great. Thanks for all your time to edit and show your work. ❤️
I liked the way they all turned out, especially the antiquing wax to soften the harshness of both the black and the red. Mostly, this shows me that I should NOT dismiss a piece simply because I personally would not want it or use it in MY home. Case in point: that corner cabinet! How cute it turned out as well as a more desirable piece. Thanks for sharing.
I love watching your makeovers. You put so much effort into making those item usable and keep them out of landfills. I am a red person so the last one is my absolute favourite!!!
I love the barn red piece. So pretty. You’ll have to let us know how fast it sells. I love the other pieces as well. The little kitchen Island will be very handy for someone. Great for an apartment. I can see the corner cabinet in your home filled with all your beautiful ironstone. Thanks Yvonne
Hi Yvonne ! Hard to pick a favorite, but I’m going with the rolling cart with the butcher block top! Love the 2 tones and it is a great size! But then you went and did a new color !! How PRETTY that is ! That Antiquing Wax took that up to a new level of WOW !! And also love the style of the entryway table ! How perfect is that for an entryway! Then comes the cute corner hutch ! SEE…. it is hard to pick a favorite! LOL!!! How did you and Chris learn all the “repairing part” of the furniture? Did you have parents that did wood working ? I always was jealous of the BOYS in school, they could take “Shop Class” and girls had to take “ Homemaking Class”…. So unfair ! I would rather learn the tools than cleaning! Did enough of that at home with a working Mom ! Didn’t need to learn it at School! But my Dad could have taught me too! But there again…girl verses boy ! 😕 Wonderful work again you two ! So much work into your pieces. When people buy from you, it is better than a NEW PIECE 👍 Hugs your way ! ❄️❄️💛💛💛❄️❄️
Oh.. thank you Jayne 🤍 We are those self taught kind of people. Researching and watching others who share the knowledge.. from This Old House with Bob Villa back in the day to today’s wood workers on RUclips like Thomas Johnson. We both have the interest in repairing and saving things. Love a good challenge. Lol.. you pondered the question 🤗🥰
I absolutely enjoy your show each morning I really have furniture myself and I think your techniques in your workshop are so awesome. It does drive me crazy that you roll your eyes upward when you’re talking and it’s not just for a second it’s like the words are written in the clouds or something ha ha you’re such a beautiful woman your hair is fabulous and your techniques are great
I think all turned out well. The rolling island probably my favorite but the red was a "wow" for a piece that needed help. (Red and black my high school colors always attracts my attention. )
I would buy anything you guys redid…so much higher quality of craftsmanship than many of the DIYers…reminds me of redoing furniture with my dad…thanks for the memories.
Every piece came out beautiful. I love your signature white and black but this week my favorite piece is the red and black one. It’s absolutely stunning. I can see it being used in so many different rooms of someone’s home in so many different ways. I just love it!!!
I never comment on your channel but I just felt the need to this time. ALL your work is amazing and beautifully done. I watch for your new videos always because it's so satisfying to watch old things come to life.
I love your channel. Can you give us an interview of yourself and hopefully Chris also? Let us ask questions. Let's hear how you got started in this field. How you keep yourself on a schedule. What is your day/week like? You do lots of videos like clockwork. Who does the editing?
Oh.. never thought about that. Food for thought. Thank you.. maybe if we ever get to 100k subscribers.. it would be a great way to thank you all for watching. Gives me lots of time to prepare 🤗
I've also seen where hole is filled with wood glue and a broken to size toothpick is added and then screwed, clamped till dry and it's all good. Nice makeovers.
As usual all are beautiful! The red-black is my favorite. I envisioned it white but that two tone elevated the piece greatly. Great job, Yvonne &Chris!
Holy moly, Yvonne & Chris!!!! They ALL turned out amazingly beautiful! I can only imagine that they will FLY out of the booth! Truly well done & yes, I totally agree on having small extra tables/ small furniture, everyone can use something like this. Love each one!
Great flips! Love how they all turned out!! I liked the way you took off the things on each side of that rolling island!! That red was so perfect with the black top!
Yvonne I loved all the pieces, you are so intuitive with the pieces. Love that you think about taking the hooks off so it will fit in more places. Loved the red piece. !!!
I loved them all especially the red piece. I want your hair.🙂
💕
If those furniture pieces could talk, I’m sure they would say “thank you” for making me beautiful again and for giving me a second chance!!
Aww.. thank you
That black technique is gorgeous

Thank you
Loved each piece but I really loved the last one with the red drawers. It would be perfect anywhere.
My fave is the two-tone rolling cart. I agree that it looks much better without the handles and pegs on the sides. The top cutting board is so beautiful! I also like the red piece a lot and hope it sells so you can keep being bold.
