i think he following tips r also important to control type 2 diabtese 1. inermittent fasting from 8 pm to 10 am 2.Dont have heavy meals after 5 pm 3. Low carb and high vegetable protein diet and fiber diet. 4. drink alot of water at day and never at night before sleeping. 5. 8 hours sleep 6. use of natural anti-inflammatory food and green tea bla bla 7.use of anti.diabetic medicine . 8.moderate excercise 9.meditation/praying.

1st of all Javed sir u have type 2 ( adult onset) 24 yrs age non.insulin dependent diabtese melitus and u can control it without the usage of insulin bcoz insulin causes itself resistance to insulin by exogenously if u r taking it then u have to icrease the units after sometime . u can control it by eating low glycemic food, moderate excercise & vegetable protein diet. the 2nd drawback of using exogenous insulin is that it is invertionaly proportional to the production of growth hormone , mean if u r using too much exogenous insulin it will also increase the aging process due to less production of growth hormone, so the tip is eat low glycemic food and use the following tips

Hi I like watching your videos very encorging. However i do not agree with few things you mentioned today. I beieve less carbohidtates and more protine is benefitial. Fruit s just for taste. Exercise and for inner peace meditating on the promises of God is important.. Partial fasting helps a lot to reduce blood sugar. Hope u did not mind my coments. Thanks u are a real blrssing.
