STORE BLÅMANN - The highest top of Kvaløya 4K

A video of climbing to the top of Store Blåmann in July 2023. The mountain is located north of Tromsø city on the island of Kvaløya. The hike up to the peak and back down took approximately 2,5-3 hours. There were a couple of more difficult steps during the ascent but the most of the trail was basic walking and scrambling.

I'm watching some old travel videos of mine as I'm cleaning my backup drive and my tour guide then mention Blamann as we drove by it. It got me wondering, it would have been nice to hike up there but then seeing your video going through those granite rocks. The city dweller me won't be able to get pass those. Maybe I could climb up but getting down would be scary and confusing I wouldn't know where to step on 😅
