We own all the rights to the performance music, (except Stand By Me, which is our original Cover of the song by Ben E. King,) and elements in this video. All music and sounds in the background during the interviews were circumstantial and out of our control. We do not claim the rights to the ambient music, and wish it wasn't there. As it was a "News interview" recording, at a venue where we had no control over the background sound, those sounds are covered under "Fair Use" - We did not and are not using the sounds in any way to promote our video but we could not remove them entirely from the video as we had no control over the venue of the interviews.

Wow, I wasn’t expecting that…thank you so much!!! Actually, I don’t think you are a bad band at all and don’t understand the basis for your collective self-deprecation. Normally, I would scold you, but in this instance I will just dismiss such fallacies as drunken ramblings. Like Eric, French Toast and Sandal are my favorite songs. My only criticism is that I think AnChan sang French Toast a little two fast in this particular performance. In the version you uploaded to facebook, it was a slower, softer piece. Still, the whole thing was really enjoyable to watch and addressing me at the beginning of the podcast made me feel like I was actually there! Thank you, again! - Sam
