Everyone is looking for quick money, get rich quick, including babies, nobody is interested in going through the natural process to achieve success. You've made excellent point here Doc as always and it's always delight listening to you sir, you're doing great, I wish our people would open their eyes and see opportunities in every part of southeast, I wish the youths will stop pursuing Ego mbute and start thinking properly like humans, start proper thinking on how best to develop our region, I also wish that our politicians would do the needful and work round the clock in order to bring massive development across all sectors and bring back the old glory, I just wish all of can wake up and start doing the right things.
I wish this is the only kind of conversation I mean freedom fighting against poverty in Igboland not some miscreants masquerading/terrorist freedom fighters. NnaEmeka I wish our people’s eyes can open
I disagree. We don't need this man in a political office. We need to assign him a portfolio, give him the funds and the power to run it without political interference. That's how you can get the best out of him, without distractions like worrying about the next election, having to satisfy/settle the "people that voted him in" and having to worrying about other aspect of governance.
@@omo-naijaYes! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Let the government get out of the way of those who can do. Government should stick to regulation (without impeding on private sector growth)
Imagine after 8 years, the only thing Rochas built in Imo State were statues. After 6 years, Hope has built nothing. How did we get here? "There was a country".
The governors and critical stakeholders should listen to this mam. He's been an advocate for development in Ala Igbo. I believe this can be achieved with personal donations.
I have said it many times that our biggest problem in the South East are our Governors (Leadership). It is traumatizing watching my respected Senior of my alma mater (ECOL Ow) lamenting the obvious. Dr (Sir) We shall remain resolute until Ala Igbo becomes better.
Oga May God bless you sir, where have you been since,I've been looking for someone like this, all your ideas go through my mind every day, I don't know why we don't have leaders like you as governors and presidents
Truly, Ikpeazu and PDP in Abia State was a disgrace. Thank God for Dr. Alex Otti in Abia State. Please, go back to Abia State now and engage with the new government in Abia State and I'm sure you'll experience a much more serious pro business government.
Good Morning, Mr. Nnaemeka. Optimistic that all is well with you. I'm writing to ascertain on the status of the above captioned project. Does your company or business still available to establish said venture or what. Thank you
Hello Dr, this is a great presentation. I am interested in the Green House Project. I have some available plots of land I can donate for this. Kindly advise best means of directly reaching out to you for us to further this conversation. Thanks. Kenneth Njoku
I am quite inspired by your speech. I would like to meet with you to talk more about this and deepen the conversation. If you would not mind, sir, please grant me an appointment.
I DISAGREE STRONGLY ! The South East governors MUST learn to sit down and build a social contract that all Eastern governors must key into when they come on board regardless of what political party you belong to. Once we get that, we can then rally our South South brothers and collectively come to the decision to help build Port Harcourt and/or Calabar to international standards (position both to compete with Lagos).. - International Flights, (pax and Cargo) - Port Operations, - Embassy outlets.... - Hotels and tourism We must learn the art of building alliances with our neighbours and brothers nearby... We have endured insults from our further neighbours for far too long now. Port Harcourt is not more than 6 hrs away from Onitsha/Delta...Likewise Calabar. So why should we be bothering to rally to build a rail investment all the way to Lagos. Two things the South East governors must sit down and agree to are 1- To build high speed rails (capable of moving passengers and Cargo) from the Delta end to Onne in Port Harcourt and also to Calabar in Cros River but passing through all of the below.... a- connecting all air ports in the SE b- dry ports in the SE c- and City centers (all Eastern state City centers + Delta if the Delta state govt is interested in participating ) 2- To build a 6 lane highway(3 on each carriage) from end to end with a transport planning model like England where there is provision for highways to go around the city centers to keep travelling traffic away from local traffic. These should be built to interface with the high speed rail at certain connection points to ensure integrated end to end connectivityand in such a way that it will take less than 2 hours to go from one end to the other end by rail. This will greatly reduce transport logistics costs and get a transport economy going. Then the next thing we must do is start building processing and distribution centers along connection points to the highways and railway and allow processing and production businesses come in and rent/build theirs. PLEASE DESIST FROM PLANNING AROUND LAGOS. It does not make logisticsl sense to keep planning outbound and inbound traffic from Lagos. The SE & SS can come together and press the government to open up Rivers state. Then from Rivers we can plan our inbound and outbound logistics. That will reduce costs from $5.5 billion to less than $1.5 billion. Plus better security to build an economy.
Sir, since you have presented these to the governors of South East and nothing seems to work. Have you presented it to Governor Otti recently to know what he will do. It's only a leader that's required to drive something like all that you have stated. Thanks.
This the kind of project Abia state Governor should start thinking of, not the airport his talking about, with this kind of project in the next 5 years Abia state IGP will go very high.
Thank you Dr. Obiaraeri, please keep on shouting to these shyster governors and polithieves in the south east. We in the diaspora can only stand and watch. Alot of us are ready to come back home, to fully invest but there is not enabling environment. The same lack of enabling environment that drove many of us away over 2 decades ago. About a decade or more ago, Late Dr. Egboga & friends, wanted to setup a Technology park in owerri during Achike Udenwa's tenure, but the foolish Udenwa wanted to use the idea for politics and to own it and run it his own way. This angered the late investor, and he pulled out of the proposal; that was how that dream died.
our biggest problem, not just for us Igbo but Nigerians generally, is the APC and their wicked, self-centred, parochial, bigoted and anti-Igbo attitude! see the two visionless governors they forced on us in the south-east. all these bold visions you're listing....our biggest stumbling block to achieving them is Abuja and those there that have sworn Ndigbo/south-east will not have the freedom, security (THEY are the ones causing insecurity in the south-east whether by omission or commission), and use of our resources to develop at our own pace! so just to summerize, our biggest problems as Igbo and a region are outsiders who do not wish us well, and the Igbo house-slaves they empowered into governance in the south-east and nationally. take these two factors out of the equation and watch the south-east return to the Okparaesque levels of development!
Imagine, youths destroyed development. Very stupid and short- sighted, yahoo -minded youths. This is the problem. Thank you ,sir for your determination. Result is speaking.❤❤❤

Pompous loud mouths from the South-east of Nigeria. Endless talk that will never materialize because of their duplicity, mindless greed , selfishness and corruption.
Nice one Doc,Okigwe muru nmadu ❤
I have been listening to you passionately, but this presentation is incredible sir, more grace
I need to have a special interview with you someday

Seek ye first your political freedom and everything else will be added unto you.
I agree with you.
Capitalism/economic freedom first.
This man is the kind of people we should be electing into political office. Nigerians should wise up

Whether we elect him or not, the selfish governors need to provide the structures.
Nnaemeka you are great committed Igbo man. Kudos
Suddenly, everybody is talking. Simon Ekpa has opened the gates, please keep talking.
This is the kind of conversations that we like to have.
Great presentation as always
Ndi Imo here's your next governor
Ma unu kwe
They won't allow him win. The present inec is criminal.
Imagine after 8 years, the only thing Rochas built in Imo State were statues. After 6 years, Hope has built nothing. How did we get here? "There was a country".
We need people like you to keep preaching this vital gospel. it is vital to our survival as Ndigbo !
Thank you .
My community is more interested in land selling as a form of revenue generation than getting to work. We must get our hands dirty.
Pls make this man the governor of your state so that he can actualise all his vision since nobody has been listening to his brilliant advice all along

I am always thrilled at the business ideas you present always. You are an inspiration to me. Thank you
Saying what I had been thinking all these while. Yet , they are running up and down looking for stupid FDI that is exploitative and wasteful.
Thank you Sir

Our southeast governor's are the problem of Ndi Igbo, they can develop southeast generally if they have Ndi Igbo interest at heart....😢
Hope has killed so many projects that would have benefitted imo state. He always wants over 70% cuts.
Am very interested in your business presentation thank you sir

Stop wasting your time in that contraction,Nigeria is still a mediaeval country, stone age people, they will not progress at all
It’s you that’s wasting your time. You have not provided any constructive or productive plan. He has said his own. Your turn now
