I mean eventually they will have to use or sell the lab, otherwise they'll lose the key and it will be offered to someone else. I doubt they'll use it, they need people actually dedicated to cooking regularly, they don't have a good track record of maintaining a task...

It doesnt matter if they have the key or not. CG isnt the PD, they dont need evidence or proof. They need someone to make an example out of and seaside is that example.
