I can personally vouch for the Insignia drinks mini fridge, it's fanatic and it has a touch control panel.
I barely use my cheapo mini fridge in my room, but I still want this.

I put a small cupboard for snacks In my room as well. Also my ideal fill for the mini fridge would be mt dew, and energy drinks.

Regarding heat output in the space where the fridge is located, it's unavoidable. Refrigerators and other refrigeration machines, literally pump heat from one space (the refrigerated space) to another (usually the space around the refrigerated space). So, if your fridge works correctly, it will output heat. How much, depends on the temperature which it is set.
EDIT. Besides the set temperature, the thermal load and other factors play part in the heat output of the condenser.

I just have a very cheap compressor fridge i got second hand for like €20. I got it over 3 years ago, and it still works perfect! Although it does make some noise when the compressor kicks in, but you get used to the noise really quick.
it doesnt have gaming in the name for the prodoct... and no LED lining the window. I am glad you said its volume level doesnt effect recording. my bigger problem would probably be how much heat gets displaced by something like this in my already hot room. not much they could do to fix that unless they add some sort of exhaust fan like those portable AC units with a hose going out a window.
*Just so everyone knows this fridge is now $475 not $300.*
