Id say all weapons are good but it all depends on what your doing but im gonna make a guide on everything soon but for now you should just look up a guide on youtube! :)
I think good weapon for beginner is weapon with big magazine, Like PKM, M19 MLG, M60, they are good because new players have ass aim, these weapons have a lot of Ammo in magazine, that means the new player dont die because no ammo

I would say the summer update is a 7 it added more places to get loot and thats never bad
