But sometimes the other person is oblivious so you want to annoy them even more until its a habit. Parents are still in "auto mode" and acting around you however they did your hole life... if they are oblivious the only solution is to tell them in their face... being open is a good skill to have even i still learn it at the age of 24... otherwise i can just recommend therapy with/without parents... a save place to talk about troubles is important. Of course it needs a proper therapist tho. Stay strong
