This is my first Tutorial Video on how to Fully Permanently Unlock Huawei B315 router by Boot Shot method. for the files download link is below.

I have a b315s-607 showing that it is connected to an internet cable (but no cable is connected) and can't give a wifi signal. The simcard reads and shows the network signal. Can you help?

I'm following the unlock procedure. What could cause the computer not to respond during the step one for booting. The acknowledgement sound is no there and there is no respose to the shorting by the clips.
