Colorful Snowman | Dollar Store Kids Craft

Today's Mama Idea cost around $7. I bought all the supplies at the Dollar Tree with the exception of the large googly eyes. I couldn't resist purchasing the big googly eyes at Walmart one day and knew I'd use them for multiple projects. These colorful snowmen are an easy craft for your littles to create. What you will need:
Foam Squares
White Party Plates
Colored Craft Sticks
Craft Bond/Glue
Cotton Balls
Pom Poms
Googly Eyes
Hot Glue Gun (optional, but recommended)
I found that it was a lot easier to have everything prepped before rounding up the littles to the table for craft time. Grab a cup of coffee and take 5 minutes to prep the craft:
1) Turn on the hot glue gun
2) Ration out the cotton balls, googly eyes, craft sticks, pom poms, and plates
3) Cut the foam square pieces: nose, and hat
4) Chug some coffee, because it's probably cold by now
Once you have the craft prepped, round of the littles to the table to start! Let them create their colorful snowmen. If you decide to use the hot glue gun for the pieces, please do NOT let the littles use the glue gun or even go near it. That glue gets so hot! The pieces do stick better to the snowman with the hot glue.
After the snowmen are finished let your littles pick where to display them! Mine chose the front door at first, then played with them for a bit. They ended up on the fireplace mantle next to their fall scarecrow craft!
