Yes, I love it, Aimee. It has gotten more commercialised in the last 30years I have been going there for sure, but if you get away from the main tourist traps it's still so pretty. I hope you get there one day 🌴
Hi, I'm not sure if it was here or in another video of yours I watched you spoke on this. It was about a journaling tour you were going on in September and October 2024. Could you please tell me if it is a workshop kind of tour introducing journaling to the Balinese people who are interested or is it a tour gathering material for your own journals? I'm interested coz I live in Malaysia and no one over here is interested in creating journals as a hobby to my knowledge.
@@sharminikamalikajayawarden7541 hi Sharmini, it was to take a group of ladies from outside of Australia to Bali to relax, journal and visit batik shops, markets etc. however, since my trip in this video my husband has been diagnosed with a disease so it is all on the back-burner at present. Thank you so much for taking the time to leave me a comment here, I really appreciate it ❤️
Thank you very much for your reply, Di. First, I’m very sad to hear of your husband’s illness. I hope and pray he recovers fast. Do let me know of his progress, if you don’t mind, as I have just prayed for him. I hope you don’t mind my taking the liberty of doing so. I’m also sorry the tour is on hold. You say - a group of ladies from outside Australia. When you do have the time, please let me know what you mean by this.
@@sharminikamalikajayawarden7541 thank you 🙏🏻 unfortunately his diagnosis is not curable only manageable 🥲 but I still thank you for the prayers. The retreat is where a group come together from wherever they live and journal together. Some similar tours are reading groups, walking groups, yoga groups etc. basically, it’s like-minded people coming together for a week in a peaceful environment. 😊
@@myenchantedjournalsI’m sorry to hear that the illness is manageable and not curable. But I still have hope. Thanks for sharing about the groups. I didn’t know about them.

Thanks Francoise 🤎
Beautiful journal. Bali looks a very special place. How lucky it’s only 3 hrs from you. I’m in the UK ☹️. Would love to go one day though xx
