Ice Queen | Halloween Tutorial

Hello Loves ! I'm back with another Halloween tutorial, I figured since Halloween is so close I would create a look that is easy and anyone can achieve. Even though this is an Ice Queen look you could always transform this into a mermaid look too. I had so much fun filming this and I hope you enjoy the look I created.
