Mam mai tcs bps ka lie shortlist hoya tha through campus placement 22 may ko, after 2 days i submit all documents but write now more than 3 week i didn't get offer letter and my many friends they get offer letter and my status is BATCHED. And i also sent mail to my Hr and company I did not get any reply. So what I do in this case????😮

Mam mera interview ho chuka hai 20 th feb ko par mujhe kal tcs se ek call aya tha aur vo bol rhe the ki mere application form name aur adhar card name mai mismatch hai lekin mere sare markmemos aur application form ka name same hai ab vo bop rhe the ki meri tcs next step wali profile delete karenge aur mujhe ek nai profile banani hogi adhar card ke nam ke according, aise problems ke vajah se vo reject karenge kya?

Yes it takes time. As tcs hiring 2023&2024 so they will be batching all the candidates into different batches and send the joining

Hi dear usually when we accept offer letter after sometime we would be receiving the joining letter and joining dates. If you accept the offer letter then its fine but do not accept the joining letter if you dont want to join. Hope it helps. Let me know if you have any other doubts and concerns

So we can see now hiring is going on for tcs smart hiring candidates and I beleive they would be preparing batches and may be in may or June maximum the onboarding started

Hi dear if you are selected then definitely you will receive email. Just wait for one to two weeks. Also its on campus so may be a change in process but yea you will get it.

@@growwithsakshi2103 and one thing more Di ...when I reached to interview centre they divided all the ignite students in different sections and xplor in different sections ....I was assigned to a room and in the front of that room was written IGNITE ...and there was 3 members ...they asked only 3 questions in technical only otherwise all the questions from non-technical.....
And after my interview I talked to some of the students who are from xplor they said that there are two rounds for xplor first technical and after that hr and managerial....

Hi dear, its not possible from candidate end. They hire candidates who have done extremely well in exam. So if you are a top scorer then you will get ignite othewise you will get xplore. But i would say dont miss xplore opportunity . It’s almost same only difference is training.

Ma'am one more thing I needed to ask that since I had given my TCS NQT exam on 14th January 2024 and as u mentioned they TCS next step hiring will take place on March, so can I fill the application for that??.. Because while filling the application form of TCS NextStep portal in the end there was a question on whether I had attended the 'TCSL' selection process on the last 6 months. I guess TCS NQT and TCSL hiring is 2 different things..

It is valid yes because it is known university..... coming to your next question, when company hires for full time MCA then you are not eligible because your MCA wasn't full time.... second thing is why a experience guy will apply for a fresher drive....it's not worth it

That's not the case that all candidates who interviewed on same date will offer letters also on same days.... there are more factors on this....you can wait till mid of this month

@@Stuff1001 so they started very casually by which all places did you visited in bhopal! Are you liking it! So and so just to comfort me! Then they asked my introduction then what major project did you made till now so i mentioned the django project then i described its features and very thing! Majorly the conversation was on my project then they asked me the fundamental of oops and what all programs you made so there they i wrote the code for Fibonacci series and inheritance and ended up by asking will you be comfortable at any location and what are your expectations from organisation!
So so my tip to everyone appearing for interview is to be confident there is nothing to worry on! Just relax and you should know English and basics of programming! They ask everything that is mentioned in resume ! So write things which you are confident at and prepare introduction distracting so the panel would ask the question that you expect! I mentioned how i came to know about coding a short story by which they all 3 were impressed!! All the very bestt! You will nail it for sure!!! 🎉🎉🎉🔥

There were 10rooms nd in every room there are different type of recruiters in every room everyone prospective was different in my case it was all based on resume they asked all questions on resume and focus on skills and give them example of what that skills impact in your success. Thats it and tr and mr round was combined and hr round was after tr and mr

Make your resume with your strong part only then they will ask questions on the basis of your resume only & then it will be easy for you. And don't think about the employee's behavior most of they very polite and friendly manner.
